I am typically open to small shifts in price - if there is something you'd like to do a lower offer on, just ask, but be reasonable.

We are located a few minutes outside the rear gate off of North Fort. (Or the Gravelly Lake Drive Exit if coming from I-5).


Please note that while I am happy to drive on post to meet a buyer, this will be at my convenience.

Always be thoughtful - If we schedule a time to meet, be prompt or let me know you are running late. I will always be on time.

I will not continue to hold items for people who are chronic re-schedulers.
